What does this challenge involve?

Get two fitballs. Put your forearms on one, and your feet on the other. Write down how long you can hold the plank before losing your balance.

Challenge scores are calculated using:

Score= E1+2*E2

  • I'm not bothered Jen. I put challenges out there for people to enjoy, and to improve their fitness. The only time I'd interfere is if the people at the top of the leaderboard are bothered about it beating their score - then I'd say the balls have to be of an even size, and video evidence may be required.
