    This was very hard for me. Uploading 2 video's for the pullups, pushups and squats which took nearly 27 minutes. I run a mid 18 minute 5k and after the squats my legs were rubber, first mile 7:20, recovered a bit and ran last mile in 6:20. Over 21 minutes for the 5k.
