I've used a TRX and they are good if you know what your doing. They can be a bit daunting at first.

They come with a dvd which has literally hundreds of different exercises. It's basically like having a multi-gym! The exercises from easy to extremely hard - so if you get one I suggest you take time to master the basics before trying the harder stuff - unless you like pain!!
