    I always have valued fitness since the first time I pushed a barbell at the age of 14. I just completed 20 years Active Federal Service in the US Army with many more to go. I do considered myself in the best shape with a combination of smart training and knowledge. The difference is that I can also train others to be better as well.

Whilst I aim for this to be a Fitness Forum, since I've created it in Challenge format it's only correct I set a challenge - here goes:-
The "HOW FIT ARE YOU CHALLENGE". Just a bit of fun really, give yourself a rating out of 1 to 10. 1 being that you believe yourself to be in supreme fitness. 10 being that you are completely out of shape and unfit. Be as honest as possible.
