    AndyWeaver: I'm coming for you Momona, but it's a marathon. Got serious as you can see I now have a squat rack at home. Heavy squats are my new diet. Goal is 400lbs but will take a while so my realistic goal is summer 2016. I am patient and persistent when I set my mind to something.

    GedMustoNumber1: 315 is a damn good benchmark for others to attempt mate..you squatted deep enough and maintained good form in the video for others not to comment on..
    momona: Thanks Ged. Really if I had shown the entire body it wouldn't really be that great. I have terrible flexibility and critics want the DEEP squat. 315 is a decent squat but I suspect it won't stay on top long.
