    seanmarg: If I increase my elevation I will decrease the overall distance between fingertips and toes making it easier.In order to comply with your challenge can you suggest how high I should lift.

    Bear: wow, this isn't even close to the range of motion that I do. He moves about 3" for each one. Look at my video then look at yours again. To each their own, so I'll just keep doing them the way I do them.
