Alternating one armed chin ups

A variation on a the one armed pull up/chin up. One hand palm facing yourself, second hand on wrist for support, do a full rep, chin over bar and all the way down. Now the twist. Slowly switch hands without assistance or your feet touching the ground and due a rep with the other hand. Keep alternating. This is a challenge as you have to fight swinging side to side as you switch. Posting my first attempt as a demo.  more about this challenge...

    This was my first attempt...This is a hell of a lot harder than the normal one armed challenge, could not quite get the balance right but still managed to pull out 13 which is a good start...Great strength exercise for the arms, trapezius, wrists, and forearms...I done my best as always but if it's not good enough Andy please delete it...

    AndyWeaver: Ged you came down far enough but you were putting the second hand on the bar before you lowered is all. I wont take it down. When you try it again update your score. You still did them and its more correct then not.
    GedMustoNumber1: I broke my right ulna/radius in two places about five years back and still can't 100% straighten the joint, I went as far down to near full lock on the way down before coming back up..
    GedMustoNumber1: Please take it off, i'm very much like you mate with the technique..
    AndyWeaver: Good job, until people try it they wont know how hard it is to balance. Only part for form is to go all the way down on one arm before you switch.
