What does this challenge involve?

Reps Gym Preston presents 'The All Rounder' Challenge to get your 2013 off to a cracking start!
This is a four event challenge, the exercises are as follows:-

EVENT 1: Hang from a bar for as long as possible (wide grip or narrow grip).

EVENT 2: Maximum continuous sit-ups on decline sit-up bench.

EVENT 3: 60kg narrow grip (THUMBS MUST TOUCH) bench press, maximum continuous reps.

EVENT 4: Maximum weight standing lift on Hammer Strength bench. Lift must be held for at least 5 seconds.

The score is calculated as follows:-
Score = Bar Hang (seconds) x Sit-ups (reps) x Bench press (reps) x Lift (kgs).

Good safe form is a must, and video evidence required. Below are demo's of each of the exercises:-

  • My aims by end of Feb are: 220kgs lift, 150 seconds bar hang, 25 narrow grip bench presses and 60 decline sit-ups! If I get these I'm nailed on for first place. :)
