Marien, this is why I don't do challenges anymore. You are not following instructions. stomach must tap the floor. the only time you did was when you fell after 3 and when you finished. You must do it correctly or I will take your score off.

I've always had a strong back. Deadlifts, back extensions (20 reps then hold the last one for about a minute..30 sec. break, then do again)...and more lifts that incorporate your core. Try standing or sitting on a flat bench to do exercises instead of resting your back on a seat, etc.
