What does this challenge involve?

This is a professionally-designed gym circuit designed to boost baseline fitness and endurance levels fast. Do this regularly (3-4 times per week) and watch your fitness levels soar.

Plus, one lucky competitor will win a £100 goody bag from Multipower's range of state-of-the-art Endurance nutrition sportsfoods.

The challenge consists of completing the following exercises, preferably on Technogym kit and a Concept II rower(but if you don't have access to these manufacturers, post your scores obtained on other equipment and just note what you used in your score comment), and keeping a record of the distance covered in each. The more distance you cover, the higher you'll rank.

Make sure you warm up thoroughly first, then go at the following as hard as you can, with no more than 1 min to change stations:

- 15min interval training on the elliptical trainer (1 min on resistance 12, 1 min on 16, 1 min on 8, then repeat)
- 4min row, any setting
- 15min interval training on the exercise bike (1 min on resistance 12, 1 min on 16, 1 min on 8, then repeat)
- 4min row, any setting
- 8min run on treadmill, fast as you can
- 4min row, any setting

The winner of the Multipower pack will be picked at random once there are 100 active competitors in this challenge. Make sure you post "proof" of your score (either a short video showing what a sweaty mess you are at the end, or photos of the gym equipment readouts.
