Expert Challenge: The Plyometric Jump Squat Challenge

Our resident fitness guru has put together this expert challenge for you to try. Complete as many jump squats as you can in 2 minutes. To make the grade, the squat has to be what is known as ‘A2G’ (arse to ground) and the jump has to clear 12 inches off the floor.
